How to Complete the Adjuster Registration Application Form

The Adjuster Registration Application form must be filled out upon completion of the NFIP Claims Presentation; If it is your first time attending or you are upgrading your FCN card to RCBAP (Residential Condominium Building Association Policy) or Large Loss.

If you are an adjuster and want to get or maintain active status to adjust flood losses for FEMA, you are required to attend the Presentation each year. The Presentation is held nationwide from January to May each year.

The Application Form can be confusing to fill out, so we have created these instructions to help you understand and complete it as efficiently as possible.

The first thing, you’ll need to do is view the form and download it.

The form will allow you to type in each cell. Make sure you save it on your desk top before closing, otherwise you will lose everything.
