Objective-
The Two-Day Fire Scoping and Estimate Writing is the next progression when developing a career as an insurance claims adjuster. This training course is packed with boots-on-the-ground scoping of the Top End lavatory structure located in Chanute KS. The two story house provides real damages that the adjuster will see when working claims. The benefit the adjuster gets is real experience before you ever receive the call for deployment to a storm site
Prerequisite-

- Wind & Hail Scoping and Estimate Writing
Here are snippets of samples that are covered during the Fire Scoping and Estimate Writing.
- Day One is packed with what to do before arriving at the risk, what to do when the adjuster gets out of their vehicle, what to say when meeting the insured and how to keep the insured busy so the adjuster can complete their inspection. Provide a 360 degree imaging of the risk location and how to use it writing the estimate.
- Day Two is packed with creating token & macro forms, XactimateⓇ forms, and estimating writing.
At the end of the day you will receive a Certificate of Completion and 16-CE Credits for Texas or Indiana.
